Hotel Description

L'hotel is situated in the historical centre, close to the congress centre of the city, only 100 meters from the railway station, The Business Palace and the Congress Palace and close to the trade fair of Fortezza da Basso

The building was build in the 14th century, before was a convent and later became a property of the family Strozzi, afterward it was bought from the France poet Alphonse De Lamartine. Since 1950 become a hotel, with 27 en suite rooms, with halls painted in fresco. The hotel is situated a few minutes away from the main museums of Florence.

By Train:

By Air:
The hotel is 15 minutes by taxi from Florence’s main airport or you can use the Vola In Bus shuttle service which takes only 20 minutes from the airport to the Santa Maria Novella train station. Tickets are available on board the bus for EUR 4.50. The hotel is on Via Bernardo Cennini, this is separated from the Piazza Della Stazione by the Piazza Adua.
