"Exactly what I expected for the price and location. " (108013354)
Very well kept. Nice rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Bed so comfortable I didn't want to get up!
Toilet a half flight down. Not so much "bad" as "inconvenient".

"reasonable for price - similar in price and standard with other guesthouses/ b&bs in the area." (107959896)
clean comfortable accommodation in the centre of Dublin.
some staff need more training in dealing with customers - seem unsure of procedures

"Overall a great place, really friendly and we would defintely recommend it if you are staying a night or two in Dublin." (107237140)
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The location was great as you could easily walk everywhere which was handy, no need to catch buses.
Next time we would pay a little extra and have a toilet in our room rather than on the floor below.

"Enjoyed stay as it was central to city centre." (107271894)
Staff were friendly especially the ladies at breakfast and also effecient.
Facilities poor, as it is an old building it has a lot of characher but needs a lot of work done also the general appearance of reception and stairs needs to be dealt with.Rooms also needs doing up.Too expensive for what you had to offer.

"We all enjoyed our stay and with 3 sixteen year old boys in tow, that's not a bad thing!Very good location.A good basic hotel with all that you need to have a nice stay." (108091051)
The Management at this hotel were very kind and friendly. We have already recommended it to other people. As guest house owners ourselves we appreciate the good level of service.
I found the booking over tht internet confusing as I could not book the two rooms we needed at the same time.I had to make two separate bookings which rather confused the lady who checked us in, she had nearly rented out one of our rooms.

Close to train station. Close to city centre. Relatively cheap by Dublin standards.
Had to move to sister hotel as there was no rooms available. Breakfast should be available from 7-10 and not from 8-10.

"Cheapness and convenience of location offset by noise and cramped conditions" (107268260)
Staff friendly
Cramped rooms. All double rooms face the main street, have poor double glazing and are consequently very noisy. Thin internal partitions also transmitted guest noise

Situation pratique, en plein centre ville. Petit déjeuner correct.
Chambre minuscule, murs "en carton".
