    "I cannot think of anything negative about this hotel - the best one we've stayed in in London. The room we had was huge, all the staff were very well mannered down to the cleaners." (97274873)

    Very pleasant, not memorable , however. Staff was a highlight and the breakfast was super!

    No one mentioned about putting a card in the slot to turn on the lights, and the toilet mostly didn't work. Our card to enter the room didn't work the first time so we had to go back down to the front desk.

    We liked the whole experience in the rembrandt. We would definately stay there again.

    WE would like to have seen the gym and pool open earlier than it did.

    muy buena ubicación, buena atención del personal del hotel

    En las habitaciones ejecutivas, el espacio sigue siendo muy reducido y son más caras que las normales. Deben mejorar el menú de servicio a cuartos, sobre todo el nocturno (después de las once)

    I liked the look of the bar and the reception areas. The staff at the bar were very good. The breakfast selection was also very good and well staffed.

    i was upset that the rooms on floor 5 obviously were not of the standard of the refurbished rooms on floor 1. The furnture looked tierd and the upholstry also, but the bathroom was good. It was also quite annoying that the key for the room stopped working when i returned back. This happened to one of my colleagues also. It would have been nice to have more than one plug socket available at the desk in the room.

    "I thought breakfast was extra but they advised it was included which was a bonus. The public rooms were comfortable and the fire place albeit a gas one looked good and the seating would suit every taste not sure i would want a bedroom at the front as it is on a very busy road.     "Overall the hotel was very good and i will always stay there when visiting London in the future. I have stayed in a couple of other hotels in London in the past and they haven't bean a patch on the rembrant. The area is also very nice around the hotel." (99370416)

    I thought the accommodation was excellent and the staff friendly and helpfull. The hotel was well presented and the bedrooms were very modern and spacious. We were impressed with the queen size bed.

    The evening meal in the dining room could have had more variety than just a carvery.

    "The hotel was undergoing works so there was a few builders around. However this did not interfere with our stay at all. There was no air con in the rooms (there will be when the building works are finished) so I can imagine it would be very warm in the rooms if it was hot out. (it wasn't when we were there). The hotel is on a rather busy road so I would think if your room was at the front it would be quite noisy. Luckily for us we were at the back and it was very quiet. Overall the Hotel was perfect for us. The meal at night was gorgeous, the breakfast was also very nice, plenty of choice. The staff were all very friendly. The concierge were a great help as we left our bags with them when we had checked out, before we got the train home. The location is great, five minutes from Harrods, 3/4 minutes from South Kensington Tube and 5 minutes from the Natural History Museum, which is free to get in!! We had a great time staying at the Rembrandt and would definitely stay there again. When the building works are finished it will be even better. Thanks for a great Honeymoon.!!" (3304073340)

    "Not happy with hotel telling us upon check-in that A/C was extra cost per night. OK room for price, but no room for guests. Price is higher due to area hotel is located. Smaller than normal room in US. Bathroom was spacious. A/C did not work and was never fixed over a 2 day period, had to keep window open on a major thoroughfare for traffic - very noisy.     Close to shopping and a nice area.

    Was asked if we wanted A/C for an extra cost. Not noted on web site. Very noisy street at night and when A/C broke and we opened the window it kept us awake.

    The standard rooms are comfortable, but did not afford a great deal of drawer space for clothes. The staff upgraded me to a room with better drawer space and that was very nice. The drawing room is extremely inviting and comfortable with excellent service from the wait staff. The dining room offers an excellent breakfast, and we enjoyed the carvery buffet one evening which was a great experience.

    More drawer space in the standard rooms.

    The accomodation was very good, however the bed could have done with been thrown out of the window! It was hard at the edges but soft in the middle, you both rolled into the middle, good fun but not condusive to a good nights sleep.

    Anna at the front desk was superb - she helped us find some polish food - very pleasant and enjoyable to talk with - a great asset !

    concierge - he did not want to spend any time researching - he seemed boar with our inquiries - a good consierge would never say I don't kmow - he would try to find an answer to your question

    Excellent location, large room with an excellent bathroom. Good value. Helpful, friendly staff.

    The breakfast wasn't great. It was acceptable to us as it was part of the deal, but otherwise it would have cost £16 each for a buffet which was about the same standard as a supermarket brekkie.

    Convenient location, proximity to museums, Kensington Gardens, city bus tour route, shopping district, good restaurants. Lovely hotel, nice staff.

    The breakfast food could be improved. Also, our room overlooked the main street (Thurloe), so it was quite noisy at night. We closed the windows, which dampened the noise, but since the room doesn't have air conditioning, it got a bit stuffy. Other than that, we enjoyed everything!

    "Choice of Hotel was based on proximity to Royal Albert Hall, we were not dissapointed a short walk 5-10 minutes brough us to the event. The location was also perfect for the Museums in Kensington, just opposite, as well as Harrods and Harvey Nicholls, a short walk up the Cromwell Road. The on-line booking system worked well and the Hotel were expecting us. All in all a first class expeience, highly recommended." (2228391)

    "The room used, although an executive room, had a column in the middle making viewing of the TV from the lounge area not easy without moving the furniture of the TV.     "I would have booked an executive room had I known that the standard rooms were in need of refurbishment.The Bathrooms were very small and definately needed upgrading. I would have expected a much higher standard of accommodation in a four star hotel. Also we were given an interconnecting room which was quite noisy when occupants were in room connecting with ours although this did not affect our stay it may not suit everyone. Room service menu was very limited. However, hotel was clean and staff were very efficient and helpful.Location was perfect for our visit.
