    Impressive, spacious building in excellent central location near British Museum. Efficient and friendly staff. Comfortable room if a little old fashioned. The hot towel on arrival was a nice touch. Decent (though expensive) breakfast.

    Bathroom decor could do with upgrading. Like too many London hotels, it's fairly expensive if you are on a limited budget (and most of us are!)

    Excellent Location, friendly staff, the rooms though not large were very comfortable. Would reccomend it.

    Hardly any bad points, perhaps the cost of the rooms were a little high.

    Professional yet relaxed. Very nice room, comfy bed, good room facilities. Check out very quick. Loved the hot towel on arrival.

    Good clean hotel in central London

    Only the check in was bad. My colleague arrived ahead of me only to find he could not check in as the reservation was not in the system. The reservation and pin number that was on the e-ticket was not accepptable and only the original print was enough to convince the front desk that we had a reservation. It was only as a secondary measure that I brought this with me as your system led me to believe that the booking number and pin was sufficient. My colleauge had to wait an hour for me to arrive and this was at 11pm when we had a busy day both behind and ahead of us. For the above reason I will not use this service again. It's simply not acceptable.

    Guter Service

    Viel zu teuer. London wird sich nach dem Finanzdebakel noch wundern. Hoffe die Blase ist geplatzt.

    Very nice room. Staff were friendly. Nice bar.

    Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Sink was slow to drain in the bathroom.

    "Not sure why the bathroom was equipped for disabled guests when this wasn't specified on booking. Surely disabled guests are exacly the ones who would need a large washbasin not a tiny one." (107590494)

    Great comfort, impressive reception area, good room overall.

    Too much furniture for the size/layout of room (difficult to access wardrobe). Tiny washbasin in bathroom. Unimpressed with the policy of requesting

    Location. Helpful staff. Clean comfortable goodsized room with good facilities, including tea/coffee and mini-bar

    Notice on mini-bar to say that if you lift something out it must be paid for is not a large enough notice.

    Excellent overall experience, efficient and courteous stff, clean, spacious and comfortable. Room well equipped. Good breakfast. Great location in Bloomsbury very near a tube station.

    Continental breakfact is too expensive, I found the room air conditioning/heating quite difficult to control. A radiator heater would be prefgerable in autumn/winter. A biscuit or two with the tea/coffee in the room would be nice. The radio channels are limited to BBC Radio 1 and 2 - no awareness of large and growing audience for BBC Radio 3 and 4!

    As above - very professional service, excellent accommodation and attention to detail. Staff were a credit to the hotel. Beautiful interior - we would very happily stay again! Loved it!
