    Quiet - no traffic noise

    Shower not working. Balcony door had lare gap which made room cold due to draught (heating control could not be altered). Romm 611

    Hotel was under construction during visit. No notification of construction prior to visit. Paint fumes in the room, and construction noise in early morning was disturbing. Construction area was throughout hotel and had to pass through in order to reach room.

    The room was very quiet, the bed very comfortable, the room clean and fresh feeling, the bathroom a very good size, the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was also excellent. My request for twin beds was honored.

    We were expecting coffeee/tea making facilities in our room, as advertised; but there were none. This was a disappointment since I like to make my herbal tea each night. Also, the TV selections were not good at all. We would like to have had access to a BBC channel or CNN international. As it was, we were unable to get any decent world news.
