    excellent hotel,rien a ajouter.Restaurant egalement tres sympatique offrant un menu varie et des plates de tres bonne qualite.

    Spacious room

    Bed linen was laundered but stained Restaurant staff were the worst I've come across anywhere, they did not keep an eye on where we were with our meal and we had long waits trying to get service.

    "It was awful. We had trouble sleeping since we had to keep the windows open and the airplanes and parking lot traffic was noisy. We were also concerned about safety since the windows were wide open. " (97049583)

    Our room had a soaking wet carpet and it smelled horrible. When we requested a room change, they could not accommodate us. We had to sleep with the windows open because it smelled too bad to use the air conditioning. We had to pay full price and we were told to e-mail the Directrice Commerciale and we did so but she did not respond. Also, they are an airport hotel but the shuttle bus does not start running until 7 am. We had a 7 am flight so asked the desk attendant to call for a taxi and she appears to have forgotten to do so since no taxi came and the early morning attendant had to call for a taxi at 5:10 am. The taxi company had no record of a taxi having been ordered.

    "Excellent value for money. Within good reach of airport also handy for Bordeaux centre as able to catch the Jet Bus into centre from airport, no need for car!. Would use this hotel every time for our visit to airport, as we live in the south of France it enable us to break our journey and enjoy a good nights rest." (97395288)

    Spacious, clean and everything you need for your stay, the kitchen facilities are excellent and very welcome as felt the Bistro rather lacking in atmosphere and the food quite poor. In the past have enjoyed our meals within the hotel but now feel will make more use of facilities in the room.

    "At 93 EUR per day (and 71 thrown in as a promo for the last day), which I paid, this hotel is an excellent value for money. I can compare to close located Mercure where I stayed a year ago. Room there did have a more luxurious feel even though it is just three star, but here it was much bigger and at the time of booking, the Mercure was actually more expensive. Breakfast is excellent."     "The lady running the breakfast was excellent and very helpful. Although she only spoke in French, she looked after all her non-French speaking guests just as well. Receptionist who booked us in was not helpful or friendly. Menu in the restaurant was not translated in English which I would've expected as the hotel was near the airport." (97119045)

    qualité de la chambre avec grande télé, cuisine et home cinéma... du presque comme a la maison.. insonorisation parfaite

    Our accomodation and stay were exceedingly enhanced by the driver of the shuttle on Saturday morning. We had read in the brochure that breakfast did not start until 6 a.m. and we had to leave at 5 a.m. The driver, not the young man on duty, asked us if we would like a breakfast because the dining was open. The young manager did not offer. However, we had continental breakfast with the delightful help of the van driver and then deployed to the airport where breakfast stands were not open. We were very appreciative. She responded to my efforts to speak French and was gracious when her langusge was used by an American. She was wonderful. Even in the early morning she gave us a true picture of the people of Bordeaux.

    "Would recommend staying but don't rely on being able to eat in the restaurant, having said that there was a small kitchenette in the room so you could cook for yourself. We ate at a different hotel." (97277878)

    Room was good, the staff friendy

    The restaurant was a disaster, we left after seeing at least 24 people in the dining room and not one had any food. The man acting as Head Waiter was dressed like a caretaker.

    good bar staff

    lack of simple meals for visiters. i dont know what the fridge is for in the room as there are no shops in the area th buy stuff. no tee or coffee in the room.

    It was excellent value for money, we were a bit concerend that the price quoted was incorrect and I was expecting the next day to be hit with a bill at least double the price quoted but of course that was not the case. The hotel is top class with a tremondous TV and sound system within the room. We go to France a lot tou our caravan and stay over the night before we fly in Bordeaux (to avoid the traffic) WE WILL be booking this again especially at that price.

    Nothing. The restaurant and bar were on the expensive side but only to be expected of the quality of the Hotel. Our only small complaint was that there was only one bath and basin towel, but we are starting to experience this a lot in UK hotesl. They seem to invite you to ask for another.
