  "The location of the hotel is very good, a 2 minute stroll from an U-bahn station and from the Ku-Damm. The staff is courteous and helpful and always smiling. The fact that the elevator stops between floors, ie. to get to your floor you need either to climb or go down a stairwell is annoying especially if travelling with large luggage. In addition the interiors, especially the carpets are delapidated and have a slight moldy odor. If you are looking to stay in central Berlin for a bargain price the Seifert is an excellent choice."   The staff was courteous and extremely helpful, and the breakfast buffet was very good

  The elevator stops on middle floors, the room interiors are old and there is a moldy odor in the corridors and room

  "Except dark bathroom, everything was great" (97496468)

  Place - very good position Rooms - a lot of light, spacious

  In bathroom is not enought light, too dark - just 2 electric bulbs next to the miror
